Experienced Kayakers (Sea Kayak)

With the form and speed of sea kayaks, we can do more long trips than standard routes. From our Kayak Center, we’ll going to the ochre and black cliffs of “Aguila” castle, and then go by open waters to the cape of Papagayo. From there, we will travel the east coast of the natural monument of Los Ajaches, beaches of Puerto Muelas, Caleta del Congrio and course toward Punta Gorda. Depending on the desire, we will stop at the beach of Las Pilas or La Fuentecita, to regain strength.

The return will be along the coast, to enjoy with the cliffs, beaches, shorebirds, a cave and other perspective of the route.

For experienced kayakers.

For this trip along the natural monument of Los Ajaches, we will carry the equipment and material to Playa Quemada. From there, we will start the trip, just one way, to go to the beach of Las Coloradas, where is our Kayak Center.

We will travel cliffs areas, deserted and inaccessible beaches (Playa del Pozo, Playa Larga or Jardín Secreto) and the most paradisiacal of the Papagayo’s area.

Also, due to the coastal orography, we will try to look different pelagic birds and we can see the processes that cause the eruptions and the next erosion. Due also to the depths, we will look for turtles, cetaceans and sharks, so commons in that area.

Finally, from the Cape Papagayo, the return will be along the coast, to enjoy with near cliffs, shore birds, beaches and even some cave.
